  Beds were basic but adequately comfy; more so for those that prefer a firmer mattress. Pillows were really flat, but there were plenty of spare ones provided so it wasn't really an issuel.

  The gent (owner?) at reception was efficient at checkin and particularly accommodating throughout our stay. Overall our stay was pleasant enough and provided excellent value for money; particularly for Tamworth. In fact I believe The Equine (or the Lodge Motel - same place) is currently the best deal in town if you are on a budget.

  Ahah i was was the best one ive been to the hilton for the footy somewhere in the footy then probs head to stow then maybe hilton forna short of thrones s07e07 I have no idea whay and he has mine is on

  Excellent value. Friendly and accommodating staff. Everything you might need was provided (fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, tea coffee milk, television, air con, extra pillows blankets). I never have high expectations for budget accommodation but I felt for the price this was exceptional. Parking right outside the rooms. Convenient location. Very clean.

  We stayed in a family room for 4 people. This was designated as a “Budget“ room; perhaps there are other newer ones. Decor is dated, but renovated to a reasonable standard. Fridge, AC, TV and kitchen ammenities looked relatively new. There is a microwave, toaster and tea and coffee. More crockery and cutlery were provided upon request. The dingy looking “service path” to our room did not bode well. However，we were pleasantly surprised that the room looked and smelt clean as well as being quite roomy. We were initially concerned that noise would be an issue with a large window only metres from the highway. The window must be specially treated for noise however as the traffic was barely noticeable.

  The bathroom provided soap only. Hot water from the shower was abundant with strong pressure. The old tap handles need a washer change as neither my wife or kids could turn them off properly.
